CESI

Cole Engineering Services (CESI), a By Light company, is recognized as a premier provider of modeling and simulation (M&S) training solutions to the Federal Government and industry. Since 2004, CESI has been at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and integrating simulation-based training, serious gaming, technical services, training and other support in live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVCG) domains. CESI also designs, builds and runs infrastructure, platforms, applications and processes that enable cyber training for the integrated multi-domain force. Our vision is to become a worldwide full spectrum LVCG and cyber training/analysis developer, integrator and services provider.

We employ modern systems engineering techniques such as modular, service-oriented architectures (SOAs) as well as more traditional federated simulation environments. These include High-Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS). CESI possesses exceptional technical expertise in software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity and information assurance solutions and post deployment software support (PDSS).

CESI is appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) Maturity Level (ML3) and is ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001-2015 certified. CESI supports a diverse set of customers including the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
