With over three decades of professional Software Development experience, John Stevens oversees technological development at CESI. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida with a Parallel Computer specialization sponsored by the National Sciences Foundation. He is a member of the Honor Society for the Computing Sciences. Mr. Steven's career has spanned technology in automated test equipment, computer storage systems (RAID, Optical, and Tape) as well as extensive simulation and training system experience. Mr. Stevens was the Architect for the Army Applications on OneSAF Test Bed HLA native conversion supporting both Virtual Battlespace and MATREX. He was the Principle Architect for Virtual Simulation Architecture (which became SE-Core). He was the Architect for the Live-Virtual-Constructive Integrating Architecture (LVC-IA) Version 1 and pioneered the use of virtualization in PEO-STRI fielded systems. His specific technical skills include C, C++ and Java languages, OOA/OOD, DoDAF, DIS/VDIS and HLA. He specializes in simulation interoperability and advanced concepts.
